Dit protocol maakt het mogelijk om de celcellen van een enkele cel te onderscheiden van de differentieel onderscheidende Vibrio parahaemolyticus zwemmer en zwermcellen. De methode produceert een populatie van zwermcellen die gemakkelijk beschikbaar zijn voor enkelvoudige celanalyse en behandelt de bereiding van celculturen, inductie van zwarmerdifferentiatie, monsterbereiding en beeldanalyse.
