Denne protokol beskriver en metode til image bosat tumor infiltrerer CD8 T celler mærket med fluorescently koblede antistoffer i menneskelige lunge tumor skiver. Denne teknik giver mulighed for real-time analyser af CD8 T celle migration ved hjælp af Konfokal mikroskopi.
