Herhaalde bemonstering van de bodem is onlangs aangetoond dat het een effectieve manier om bosgrond veranderen in de loop jaren en decennia te volgen zijn. Om het gebruik ervan te ondersteunen, wordt een protocol voorgesteld dat de meest recente informatie over de bodem resampling methoden om te helpen bij het ontwerpen en implementeren van succesvolle bodemmonitoring programma synthetiseert.
