Den nuværende prioritering i brystkræft strålebehandling er at reducere hjerte-doser uden at kompromittere målvæv dækning. Den frivillige holde vejret her beskrevne teknik er en enkel og billig løsning på dette problem og er i stand til at blive indført i vid udstrækning uden behov for specialiseret udstyr.
