Her beskriver vi en fremgangsmåde til at kvantificere infektiøse partikler af murin norovirus (MNV), som er den eneste norovirus, som effektivt replikerer i cellekultur. Plak-assayet udnytter MNV s tropisme for murine makrofager og kan tilpasses til anvendelse med biologiske eller miljømæssige prøver indeholdende MNV.
