Dieses Verfahren umfasst mechanische und enzymatische Lungengewebe Dissoziation sowie eine 2-Schritt-Reinigungsverfahren mit anti-PECAM-1 und anti-ICAM-2-Antikörper, konjugiert an magnetische Kügelchen, die eine reine Endothelzellen Bevölkerung meist mikrovaskuläre Herkunft produziert.
