Antibiotisk persistens beskriver förmågan hos små subpopulationer inom en känslig isogen population att tillfälligt tolerera höga doser bakteriedödande antibiotika. Detta protokoll kombinerar metoder för att karakterisera fenotypen för antibiotikapersistens på molekylär och cellulär nivå efter exponering av Escherichia coli för dödliga doser av ofloxacin.
