Klassischerweise wurde das Endokard des embryonalen Klappenprimordiums der Maus anhand transversaler, koronaler oder sagittaler Schnitte analysiert. Unser neuartiger Ansatz für die enface, zweidimensionale Bildgebung des Endokards in valvulogenen Regionen ermöglicht eine planare Polaritäts- und Zellumlagerungsanalyse des Endokards während der Klappenentwicklung.
