Hier wordt een robuust protocol gepresenteerd voor het isoleren van neuromelaninekorrels uit menselijk post-mortem substantia nigra pars compacta weefsel via lasermicrodissectie. Dit herziene en geoptimaliseerde protocol minimaliseert massaal de vereiste tijd voor monsterverzameling, vermindert de vereiste monsterhoeveelheid en verbetert de identificatie en kwantificering van eiwitten door LC-MS / MS-analyse.
