Vi beskriver en metode til at generere og forstærke genetisk modificerede respiratorisk syncytial virus (RSVs) og en optimeret plaque assay for RSVs. Vi illustrere denne protokol ved at oprette to rekombinant vira, der henholdsvis giver mulighed for kvantificering af RSV replikering og live analyse af RSV integrering organer og inklusion organer-associerede granulat dynamik.
