Nous avons développé un workflow simple et adaptable pour extraire des données quantitatives d’études biologiques de fluorescence dotés d’imagerie cellulaire d’agrégation des protéines et du flux autophagie dans le système nerveux central de Drosophila modèles de neurodégénérescence.
