Her beskriver vi en in vivo-mutagenese analyse for et lille antal af oprensede hæmatopoietiske celler ved anvendelse af LacI transgene musemodel. LacI genet kan isoleres til at bestemme frekvens, placering og type af DNA mutanter spontant opstået eller efter udsættelse for genotoxins.
