In diesem Bericht beschreiben wir die dreidimensionale Rekonstruktion der Haut Modell, das die menschliche Haut imitiert in der Architektur und Komposition. Melanozyten Physiologie, Melanom Progression und das Schicksal der dermalen Stammzellen untersucht worden mit der Haut zu rekonstruieren Modell. Das Modell ist auch nützlich als Werkzeug für die präklinische Arzneimittel Beurteilung.
