1. Mastectomie OPMERKING: De timing van de mastectomie is erg belangrijk. Als het te vroeg wordt gedaan, treedt longmetastase niet op. Als het te laat wordt gedaan, is de primaire tumor grote bloedvaten binnengedrongen, wat een volledige oncologische resectie uitdagend maakt.
