Præsenteret her er en protokol til bestemmelse af absorption, translokation og distribution af imidacloprid i hvede under hydroponiske betingelser under anvendelse af væskekromatografi-tandem massespektrometri (LC-MS-MS). Resultaterne viste, at imidacloprid kan absorberes af hvede, og imidacloprid blev påvist i både hvederødder og blade.
