Die Ausweichung von natürlichen Killer (NK) zellvermittelten Ausrottungen durch Krebszellen ist wichtig für die Krebsinitiierung und Progression. Hier stellen wir zwei nicht-radioaktivitätsbasierte Protokolle zur Bewertung der mit NK zellvermittelten Zytotoxizität gegenüber lebertumorzellen vor. Darüber hinaus wird ein drittes Protokoll zur Analyse der NK-Zellmigration vorgestellt.
