Ein Ansatz ist für Echtzeit-Erkennung der angeborenen Immunantwort zu kutanen Verwundung und Staphylococcus Aureus Infektion der Mäuse beschrieben. Durch Vergleich LysM EGFP Mäuse (die fluoreszierenden Neutrophile besitzen) mit einem LysM EGFP immungeschwächte Maus Sorte gekreuzt, wir vorab unser Verständnis der Infektion und der Entwicklung von Ansätzen zur Bekämpfung der Infektion.
