Compte tenu du principe des 3 r, modèles respiratoires comme des alternatives aux études sur les animaux évoluent. Surtout pour l’évaluation des risques des substances respiratoires, il y a un manque d’essais appropriés. Nous décrivons ici l’utilisation de tranches de poumon humain de coupe de précision pour l’évaluation des substances véhiculées.
