Nous décrivons des instructions étape par étape à : 1) engineerly organoids intestinal utilisant des nanoparticules magnétiques pour la transduction lenti- ou rétroviral, et, 2) produisent des sections congelées des organoïdes machinés. Cette approche fournit un outil puissant pour modifier efficacement l'expression des gènes chez les organoïdes pour l'étude des effets en aval.
