इस अध्ययन का लक्ष्य प्रौद्योगिकियों कि प्राथमिक प्राकृतिक हत्यारा (NK) कोशिकाओं में सफल जीन transduction के लिए अनुमति तैयार करना था । मानव या माउस प्राथमिक NK कोशिकाओं के dextran-मध्यस्थता lentiviral transduction उच्च जीन अभिव्यक्ति क्षमता में परिणाम है । जीन transduction का यह तरीका काफी NK सेल आनुवंशिक हेरफेर में सुधार होगा ।
