Ici, nous décrivons une analyse phénotypique applicable aux écrans à haut débit/à haute teneur de l’ARN synthétique de petit-interférent (siRNA), du composé chimique, et des bibliothèques mutantes de tuberculose de mycobactérie. Cette méthode repose sur la détection de Mycobacterium tuberculosis marqué par fluorescence dans une cellule hôte marqué par fluorescence à l’aide d’une microscopie confocale automatisée.
