I denne artikel diskuterer vi, hvordan man etablerer en brystkræftmodel hos kvindelige mus ved at injicere brystkræftceller i brystfedtpuden. Eksempelprotokollen viser den ortopiske injektion.
Protocol
Dyreforsøg blev udført i overensstemmelse med bestemmelsen og den generelle anbefaling af den kinesiske lovgivning om forvaltning af forsøgsdyr og blev godkendt af Institution of Animal Care and Use Committee of Capital Medical University (ref no.
